Larry founded Northern Nevada Associates in 1988. A retired Chief of Police and Category I Peace Officer, he's a certified DUI School and Traffic Safety Instructor.
He's also a licensed Social Worker and graduate of Northwest Nazarene University — professional, supportive, no lectures.
